Kaede Aoi (蒼井楓) a retired Japanese AV idol. Well, "retired" isn't quite the right word—this picture is cropped from one of [the promo shots](http://imgur.com/a/wYALf) from her first and only AV, EBOD-337 (here's [the trailer](https://u.nya.is/eznsta.mp4)). The title literally says "only once in a lifetime AV appearance" (official R18 localization: "Her First And Last Appearance On Porn") so I guess it was intended (or perhaps it was just spun that way when she quit unexpectedly?).
