The doujin, aclled "Strength And" come in two parts (found in pages 1-12 and 41-54), which I separated with pictures from [mda starou](https://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?id=3316400&type=all). I think the doujin is from him/her as well.
One of the last [images](http://imgur.com/a/h10Dm) leads me to a manga (?) series called "atelier tanaka" when using google's image search.
