Cute, but I see a problem. Sure she's at a great height for oral, but if she wants to stand so that she can better attract said guys (she'd probably be wearing heels too) the chain means that she can't stand up fully enough to kiss a guy that's also standing. Anyone that wants her for now-oral sex or kissing has to get down on her level, not to mention the limitations on positions.
With a longer, or a retractable leash, mmm yes :) sign me up
