FOR THE LOVE OF GOD SOMEONE FINALLY SAID IT!!!
Especially considering the fact that each update usually nets one, maybe two independent comments (if that) that refer to the update itself (rather than, say, asking for an imgur link or album source or the like)? It just seems to make more sense to have a single megathread started by the author that they can update every time a new page comes out. I get that the sub isn't exactly flooded with new threads, but it just seems kinda unnecessarily cluttery to have a fresh thread for every individual update.
I just downvote update threads.
Honestly, considering it keeps the sub active, I'm fine with it

/u/rodsinner is especially bad at this and on top of that he links to his shitty sitethat's basically impossible to navigate on a phone
