No. They look fine as is and after they get pierced they do not always have the same sensitivity. The natural sensitivity of a nipple is an amazing thing.

Not a fan personally but it's not for me, I think they're lovely as is.
I think they look great as is. I've never understood the appeal of pierced nipples though – totally unattractive, in my opinion.
My fiancée pierced one and even though it looks nice I can't say I like it. Too often I can't touch that breast cause there's something itchy/sensitive going on or she's afraid "accidentally" I'll squeeze too much. In my eyes she turned into amazon. ;o Not saying your wife shouldn't pierce her nipples, just warning how it might influence your future experience.
As many others have said, they're perfect the way they are now! You're a lucky guy.
