The first couple of seasons of 'Friends' you could see how the production staff was trying to hide them with thick clothes, sweaters and jackets/vest, but by season 3 they finally realized that Jennifer's nips were a force of nature that no human construct could contain.
All of Friends is a poke fest. Never knew why, but they just never wear bras on that show. Highly recommend you watch it for the laughs and other things :D

I think Friends' girls not wearing bras made it all look very real: when staying home, just walking around in comfortable clothes, i guess many girls don't have their bras on. Of course, Jennifer's are another league :-)
