According to Tacitus when ancient German tribes went to a battle and it didn't look good the women of the losing tribe exposed their breasts to the warriors. Not to show them what they got but to remind them that being defeated might not end too well for them. But she looks too happy and also she wears armor of a warrior so this might not apply to her.
