I don't think it's actually photoshopped in the cut and paste sense. I think it's actually a real photo but the skin has been brushed that orangey brown colour to make it look like they're tanned I suppose. Look at the woman's foot on the right where they missed some. I think they just did the bodies and not the faces. Edit : the lighting is all wrong, I'm clearly taking a load of shit! Ignore me
