It actually looks like you're still quad-boob-ing a little bit, and the gore is pulling away from your body (unless you bent the gore with pliers to pull out like that?). You might want to try going down a band size and up two cup sizes or getting a bra that runs tighter in the band and just going up one cup size. It might help with the strap that looks like it's digging in to your shoulder.
