My gf has similar breast, nipple, and areola size to you, and two years ago got one nipple pierced. To speak to some other comments here, yes it does get infected occasionally - this is resolved with salt water rinse for a few days. The pierced one feels good gently rubbed or lightly pinched - it's much more sensitive now! The non-pierced one I can suck and pull and get cum on without worrying about keeping everything clean.
