Sort of unrelated, but today I started the second season and I was hoping for this big build up between A-Rise and U's, but then like 3 episodes in A-Rise just gets btfo'd just like that. Super underwhelming. It was 2 minutes of singing and walking in a circle and U's is like "how are we supposed to top that?!" Also, Love Live clearly has a positive bias towards A-Rise. You can't have a competitor as your promotional material. Did that bug anyone else that they were using A-Rise to advertise their idol competition? It's rigged in their favor.
