It's kind of strange that in this picture she looks very nice, with thick legs and all, yet on other pics she looks like she has the body of a 12 year old boy

Except for the tats, she's actually kinda not ugly here.. It's not the level of meh that I'd be embarrassed to pull at least (yes yes I know, Miley will never know I exist, I'm talking about similar looks.. :) )
