You look really normal for someone with a slender frame. They just hate you cause they ain't you!
33 year old opinion here: You look fine. Depending on how you dress you'd either look fantastic (thinking tight red dress), or average (basic t-shirt and jeans) - but definitely not ugly. Your breasts look normal and with a good bra/corset would look amazing and have most guys drooling over you. They are not 'saggy' at all. Your legs look great, a nice 'gap' which loads of people love the look of, and your overall figure is very 'hourglass' which is considered by most as the most attractive of figures. Honestly the only 'flaw' I could see (and this really is if you pushed me and it really isn't anything to begin with) is possibly your hair looking ruffled. Overall hun - if I saw you put at a club/pub/walking down the street - I'd be pointing you out to my mates.
