Self conscious of my body, especially my boobs. Have the option of getting a breast reduction, but am afraid the scars will be even more unattractive

mmmm i think you need to start working on some muscle tone. You're 24 and saggy all around. you're midsection/hips could use some thinning as your big ol' beautiful boobs can only compensate for so much.

It seems like you want a reduction because you think they are unattractive. Self-love physically seems to be lacking with some people. Big boobs, or small boobs tend to be nice. They don't even have to be the same size or shaped like fake boobs.
i see no reason to modify your body when you look like that naked.
i think your body is very beautiful. what exactly do you dislike? just the size of your breasts?
