First of all, great job losing 40 lbs! That's not easy. Second, you look great, in clothes and out! Edit: Also, I just wanted to mention that this post makes me wish there were more posts that included a clothed pic for comparison. It's kind of nice being able to see what the poster would look like if you saw them on the street, as well as nude.

I think you look fantastic! You may not be "skinny" but for me at least you have what I've always found most attractive in skinny bodies - a thin, graceful neck, great arms, and collarbones to die for. And then you have these beautiful hips and middle too! You have the proportions of someone I would love to make sketches of. Reminds me of the body of one of my favorite lovers right now. It's genderless and unusual and lovely and I hope you can see it in yourself ?
