This a really interesting demonstration on how your body has changed, so thank you for sharing! I want to say that as you get older, you'll realize some of these things simply aren't a problem for most anyone. Scars like yours really won't gross anyone out, they're more interesting than anything, and I love seeing my wife's scars and just feeling them. It's kind of a sweet, bonding feeling. Same goes for your breasts. Fake breasts may be a problem for some guys, but the scarring or discoloration isn't a problem. The rest of your body is fine! I really love your back and butt, and I *love* your hips. Your tummy still looks tight, and you have beautiful breasts and collar bones. Good stuff all around!
The boobs you grew into were nice to begin with, and your body is nice from my point of view. As the resident ass-man, an ass being nice need not fall into the bubble, or phat category. There are nice flat asses as there are nice round ones.
