I think she's right. the more they sag, the worse she'll hurt later on and I think the sag largely is causing the undesirable appearance. I certainly know that from a biased view that they are perfect as you think she's a beautiful person, which is rightful to do, however you do need to be honest, look at both sides of the coin (like the benefits of her overall physical health and mental acceptance of how she looks - that is, look at it through her eyes, which is VERY hard to do sometimes) plus do a TON of research on the procedure and see if the pros outweight the cons. consider cost. there may be other options when speaking with a surgeon. no matter how much you tell her she's beautiful, she may never feel that way because it's her opinion that's going to matter most to her in the end.
