I'm a guy, also have piercings. I love your boobs, they're amazing now. I go to a lot of festivals, and the women with smaller boobs seem more comfortable going topless.
Please do not ruin those wonderful boobs and possibly your nipple sensitivity. You are beautiful and "enhancement" will not bring you the joy you think it will.

I am with the "they are great as they are" crowd, it is your choice, but if you are wanting opinions, I would leave them as they are.
