He could be lying, but then again you're on track to having a 2nd baby with him? Keep in mind there are different strokes for different folks. What that means is that just because you are down on your body does not means everyone else would be too. You might find some people unattractive, but that does not mean other people will be of the same mind as you. The strength of that attraction could vary too. Your boyfriend could be totally feeling your body, like a 10 on his personal scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest range.
I love that your boyfriend tells you are beautiful and perfect, that is so awesome! I absolutely love your pregnant belly, very beautiful. Remember there is no single view of beautiful. I don't see anything to hate. I wish more pregnant ladies shared their bodies on here.
