The first pic in the album is me sucking in as hard as I can. That's how I'd ideally like my stomach to look. The rest are relaxed, and you can see how my stomach sticks out and looks very bloated. From the front and back it's not as noticeable, but the side view makes it very clear. I just want to get back to where I was. Btw 5'6" ~146lbs
