the image on the right IS CGI; the one on the left, from "this is 40" is not
I'm pretty sure that they're both fake. Something just seemed off with them in This Is 40. I wouldn't be surprised if just the nipple was CGI.

So what's the point of this? If you are okay and comfortable with doing a nude scene in one movie why not do it in another?

The one on the right is prosthetics, not CGI. See how much bigger her boobs are? Olivia Wilde's nipples were CGI in that movie because she wore pasties, and they accidentally got into a shot.
