As far as the anime went, Rachnera was best girl, but you learn Tio's the real best girl when you read the manga. After what the anime adapted, Darling later goes on dates with the MON girls again, and then we learn just how perfect Tio really is. Turns out she exudes a motherly aura so powerful that Darling and two side characters couldn't resist her lap pillow.
