Hi there. Being a fitness freak, I can say you look good and fit already. Do heavy leg and glutes workouts. Avoid low intensity cardio. Incorporate high intensity interval training once or twice a week. Do some nice stretch exercises. Anyway you look damn sexy and I would tap that :)
