8 XXX : NakedProgress

My LDL cholesterol level has lowered tremendously and is no longer in the high range. My doctor complemented me on my health at my last checkup and I'm so thankful. I would definitely recommend a plant based diet to anyone wanting to lose weight because it has been great for me.
