Well, she did actually take her bottoms off for part of this shoot but who knows if Bitanga made her ass look better.
Yeah, I'm afraid it wasn't Sara dropping bikini bottoms to ankles here so much as someone photoshopping them away. My guess is they took em' out with the fill tool set at content-aware to do the heavy lifting, and left it at that. You can follow the arch of where the bikini was around to the light side of her right arm. That dark strip on the light side six inches up from her wrist is where the bikini used to be. I'm pretty sure it's photo shopped out. I see exactly what you are talking about. Also if you follow the triangle line up to her left hip while zoomed in, you can definitely see that it looks like skin pixels are out of sorts from the curve of her body and look to overlap the background.
