I feel the image lacks one of my favourite positions, which is somewhere in between top left and top middle, like in a lazy boy recliner where you lean far back, but without having to break your neck to see your dick. Bottom left is the most uncomfortable and used way too often. Only way I found to enjoy it is laying on my bed with the upper half of my body slightly raised against the wall with a pillow.
