8 XXX : CuteGuyButts

I'm not doing squats because I don't want my legs to grow. I do a different exercise: I lift dumbbells while facing a wall and squeeze my butt as hard as I can. I listen to music while doing it, because it's boring without it. I've also raised my caloric and protein intake.
What workouts are you doing?? Nice results would love to try it out myself
Update: I know it's weird I'm writing this that late, but I feel obliged to. Don't do that exercise from my post, seriously. It fucked up my knees and ankles. There are tons of far better butt exercises. I'm angry at myself I shared this, I hope you're OK.
