They are from Scott Pilgrim. Specifically the video game. Ramona on the left and looks like a pink haired Kim on the right.
A side note: [this](http://pixelcanvas.io) site is an insanely massive pixel canvas, it seems to be fairly unregulated and there are multiple pieces of pixel porn on it. As a community this subreddit could create NSFW Pixel art on this canvas. There is still a wait between placing pixels however so a group would probably have to be assembled. Seems like a good idea to me since it seems we could use more content here.
Kinda looks like Romona Flowers from Scott pilgrim on the left
