Only video source I found on a quick search was this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ziwvkyI9LFY However, its some amateur rapper using it as background image for his song. It appears to be from a Hong Kong action film. The guy driving reminds me of a famous asian action star. The link I provided has more of the video (starts with her more clothed), and I'm surprised nobody has flagged it yet on Youtube. It appears to be opening credits of a movie. Still without a larger picture I can't full verify who the driver is so that I could track down the movie.
