Why hide it? Just put a power outlet for a ceiling lamp next to it. Everyone will just assume that someone at some point had a very heavy lamp, or just didn't know how to properly judge what was needed to hang a lamp.
So you gonna show us how you did it? You know, the way the sub rules (and other DIY subs) do.
