Sadly I know what he is talking about. I once needed to a few kg's quickly so I only ate a vegetable meal per day, and whenever I got too hungry I made some plain popcorn as it's a low calorie snack. So I'd eat like 2 bowls of it per day and the shits feel like crapping out sandpaper.
