From using Google's reverse image search function, this appears to be the Tumblr user [slothfulbeast](http://slothfulbeast.tumblr.com/). She uploaded it [here](http://slothfulbeast.tumblr.com/post/149050881507/much-jean).
It's a little confusing, because about half the images she uploads are of other women, and half are of herself, but there are a number of similar images and videos on her Tumblr that appear to be of the same butt we see in this gif, so I'm guessing that this is her.
