I can't entirely put my finger on it, and I know this girl is likely attractive made up or not, but there's just something a little off-putting about girls THAT made up. I think it might be that they're approaching the uncanny valley from the opposite direction. My brain is no longer sure if I'm looking at a real person or a very well done robot/mannequin likeness or CGI model.
