8 XXX : hentaicaptions

The source is [Exga](https://twitter.com/ExgaTWT)'s [*Commander's Leisure*](https://twitter.com/exgatwt/status/1134065065483653120?lang=en)*.* Animated captions are fun, and the Commander doesn't get *nearly* as much love as I'd like. Plus, it gave me the opportunity to toy around with Shotcut and figure out how to cut apart videos into multiple sections, resize them, and still overlay the caption without obscuring anything! Took me a little while to line up the thrusts from both top and bottom, though.
