Women never have this reaction when I do this. Just last week I tried to culturally bond with a woman in line at Whole Foods and she kicked the crap out of me.
I'm pretty curious what is running through the native's heads. Are they scoping out her fertility, her aesthetic beauty, some other social indicator breasts have in their society? Even as connected as we all are in this century, I still feel separated from these people by such a gulf. How can you even compare the world view of an American who gets videogames and has to deal with a 9-5 against the worldview of someone living communally, so low tech, so close to nature? Of course to me I'm thinking "cool, bewbs!" but I feel like I will never be able to fully grok what is in their heads in that photo...
