This seems photo-shopped to me. You can't see this much labia in [this normal brightened version](https://gfycat.com/HugeFastItaliangreyhound), or in [this color corrected, noise reduced version](https://gfycat.com/QuestionableSpottedAnt) (the best version of the scene IMO) and I don't understand why the cinematic version not being tinted would somehow show much more labia than a brightened blu-ray version.
