Crazy thing is that they're still huge, and like half the size they used to be. I often wonder just how large they may have gotten if she didn't have them reduced.

Um no. Besides making her proportions look off (at best) she has practically no sensation in her breasts and especially her nipples since she had her breast reduction surgery. My ex-wife had hers over 10 years ago and still can't feel her nipples. Ariel's cleavage looks odd, at best.
She doesn't really do it for me.
