Olaf's face here makes me really want to hit him. Like, not the act of him melting her dress away so he can be a creeper just the way his face looks makes me want to slap his nose off.

In hindsight, making a dress out of ice was really not the best idea.
This was probably my favorite comment thread ever on this subreddit.
I like to think that her dress is just her original outfit, but frozen in a different configuration. The difference in the shape of the dress is due to the ice forcing it that way by stretching it (minus the ice cape), and it's blue because, well, ice. So if the ice were all melted, she'd be left with just wet clothes. I like this image's version better.
Note the curvature of the snowman's nose.
