These special feature the girls in a personal fitness trainer scenario where they train with you/the viewer and encourage you to do some work outs. There's also [Victorian Maid Maria no Houshi](https://myanimelist.net/anime/30702/Victorian_Maid_Maria_no_Houshi) by the same Studio that has very similar character design and the same director as Maken-Ki, it's one of my favorites.
