There this program called Microsoft Image Composite Editor that really good at dealing with changes in lighting and stuff in images [like this.](https://i.imgur.com/LcafiPj.jpg) Here's a [good post about it.](https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/comments/2177wf/how_do_i_make_anime_stitches/) I usually don't even bother with screen shots and just covert the scene I want into a mp4 file and put the whole file into Image Composite Editor.
