They have such poor form. While doing a sit up, your hands should not go behind your head because you can do yourself serious injury. They also carry through much too far. 4/10, needs improvement.
Ah I love the feel of working up a good sweat.
1/10 Shit form, they probably hurt themselves doing situps like that, and there are plenty of exercises you can do that work out your core and don't have a chance of hurting your back/neck.
