I won't lie, it feels a bit scary posting this. The fact is, I'm not super confident about my body, and the fitness stuff is hard. So I'm happy that I'm making progress, but I'm not where I want to be yet, but I figured I should share the progress as I go, rather than at the end. I'm hoping I can stay motivated actually. It's hard!
