Keep up the good work! I had a hard time trying to work out. It was always hard for me to feel comfortable working out at a gym. But I have a friend that got me into Kendo and Fencing. Its changed my health and I have a sport I love to take part in. Not only that my friends and I have sparing lightsabers thst we use outside of class.
