Middle one. Can see more of your face and such. Right hand one has you looking at the phone instead of the audience. Not as appealing. Left hand one is too far away. Does let us see more of you, and you're looking at the audience so it's better than the left hand one, but still not as good as the middle one in my opinion.

I like 1 and 3 the most cause the whole outfit and picture is just too cute and the quality is high enough to see your face in detail anyway :\]
