I'd say the lesson here is to go to school, get a job looking at and folding breast all day.
That's a tremendous surgeon right there. He took 1 decent and 1 totally deflated balloon and turned them into 2 beautiful big funbags. Outstanding work.
It's almost like the original doctor just threw some Jell-o into a couple ziplock bags and stuffed them in her chest. Ugh. The 'gritty titty reboot' is NICE tho

those after breasts are amazing! Im in the process of losing weight and such, and Im saving up for a boob job! Im gunna put in some serious research for getting a good surgery!
The lesson to be learned here is to just not get bolt-ons.
