I don't really see a flaw here, the veiny part sure, but I'm not sure there's a flaw there, isn't that just kinda size vs genetics. If THIS is the result of her going XXL implants, I'm 100% fine with it.

I think those will heal. The incisions appear to be around the areola... they take time to fade! They look awesome!
The scarring at her right areola is not that bad (I had an SO were you had to be an inch away, with good light, to see her areola scars). These are well done, apart from the fact that they're grossly overinflated, but I suspect we have her preferences to blame rather than the surgeon.
Would still give her a milky pearl necklace
