I legit don't know what I would do if I worked with someone and walked in on that. Though I would at least give a courtesy knock on the open door before coming in out of respect for their personal space, I'd probably at least catch the hasty bra pull down and covering of unbuttoned shirt. I think I'd just pretend I didn't see a thing, and wait to see if she brought it up, or "accidentally" let go of the shirt and revealed that it wasn't buttoned up. If not, then clearly I'm not one of the dudes in the office getting her hot and bothered, and it would be best to go about my business and ask her whatever it was I was coming into her office to ask her in the first place, and promptly leave (but politely; don't want her thinking I'm judging her!) without lingering or being a creepjob. (Yeah, I know. I'm a fucking killjoy, all injecting reality into a fantasy scenario. The fuck is wrong with me?)
