Based on the building in the background, I was able to determine it says "APFRE", which Googling that brings up "MAPFRE". Looking at various images in Google Image Search, I was able to determine the building is in Barcelona, Spain. From there, I looked up various hotels in the area which would have a view of the MAPFRE building's letters. I was able to locate the exact hotel with 100% certainty, thanks to her walking by a counter which has a very unique duct right above it.
