I can't recall if it's the Chinese or the Pakistanis that are making these admittedly nice-looking reproduction restraints.. Lot of them on the market. The Chinese are also blatantly knocking off the high-quality items originally made in Germany by "Axmar" and other firms. Only caveat...Make sure they actually work before using. Or keep a pair of bolt cutters handy.....
