Fake or not who cares
If they are fake then that doctor is a God. I'm about 99% sure they are real.
Probably a moderate profile, low cohesion implant! They provide more natural results by offering a wider base and less projection, and the softer less cohesive silicone implants still look and feel like real boob.

They do seem fake. They rise up completely with a perfectly round bulge just below her collar bone when she pushes them up. If she squeezed them at the bottom the way surgeons have women exercise their implants when they are new, it would be more easy to tell for certain. I can somewhat see the perfect roundness of the implants juxtaposed with the surrounding skin--pretty sure they are fake but also fucking great.
